The top one is moi. While it is an NT-based OS, it is not NT. If look at the version number of the platform token of the user agent, it should be 6.0 for Vista (for this post).

I read and never comment. I have wanted to at times but never did. When I saw Bellsouth.net, I thought OH no! I am a stalker now. Then I read more. Well, you know where I live. Therefore, I hope it’s not me you refer to.
