She’s apologizing now that she’s been told to by the Congressional Black Caucus, but it’s not sincere. Here’s the story at the SF Gate. The AJC has a better story today, but you’ve got to sign up to read it.
The bottom line is that McKinney is a troublemaker that lives her life to make sure everything is about race. The sad part of this is that all the blacks who put her in office will do it again because they think that her lip service means something. I saw an op-ed comment yesterday from a black man in South Dekalb who said he’d vote for her again “if she makes things right”.
I’m sure this will assuage the people who keep voting for her useless ass. They obviously don’t care about anything other than the Race Card, either.
Was searching Google for a copy of the oh-so awesome Cynthia McKinney ‘Welcome to my Neighbor HOOD’ flyer and found your website post regarding this back on April 5, 2006. I had this postcard back when I lived in DeKalb and was appalled at the time and kept it posted on the ‘fridge – but I moved recently and seem to have lost mine in the move. Any chance you still have it and/or would be willing to scan it and send me a copy??
