We have located Nirvana for those who live for awesomely delicious food: Fox Bros. Bar B Q in L5P. We had a hankerin’ for some BBQ yesterday so we headed to Fox Bros. Since we’d eaten there last, they added some dishes to the menu… But there is only one dish that you simply MUST have. It is the melding of all that is wonderful about BBQ and Southern cooking. It is the Fox Bros Burger. Sadly we ate it before thinking about pictures, but here’s the menu description (parentheses mine):
“Fox Bros Burger: Chopped brisket with bacon, pimento cheese (which is grilled to the bun!), jalapeno mayo, tomato, red onion and pickles.”
Sounds good, right? OMG, you have no idea. We saw god. The burger is HUGE and very messy and so delicious you won’t know what to do with yourself. You will smile for hours after you snarf it down. Trust me, if you like BBQ, you simply must have this! If you’ve not been to Fox Bros yet, then get your ass over there and order the Burger. You will NOT regret it. You’ll be stuffed to the gills, but you’ll be happily stuffed. Man!
