Gods, my yard is like the freaking wild kingdom today!
Birds bringing their babies out, chipmunks frolicking about, squirrels being squirrels.
So, I’m out refilling the sunflower seeds and I see Missy Kat chasing something on the carport. I go to investigate and find her after a snake eyed skink – who is already tailless thanks to the cat. So I catch the poor tailless skink and fling him over into the weeds away from our CowCat Huntress. Then I notice something squirming… It was the skink’s TAIL! EEWWWW!! I pointed it out to Missy (to make up for tossing the skink away) and she promptly EATS IT! EEEWWWWWW!!!
Such is my life! :-)
Yummy squirmy snack! I guess she’s added lizards to her list of things to eat when she feels like acting feral. ;-)
