I had to refile the lawsuit the other day and within hours here come the calls from Judges Judy and Brown. Lucky me! Then I get 2 identical DHL letters from them yesterday.
Do they have an RSS feed from the courthouse or what? How can they know about these suits so fast?
NO, I’m not going to take the guaranteed money. It’s tempting, but no. I want the defendant to nut up and acknowledge his debts and I don’t want a show to pay. I also have no desire to be on TV.

You should’ve charged a little extra, for “mental pain and inconvenience” or whatever the courts call it. Why did you have to refile? its only been a month since the first filing, hasnt it?
It has to do with counties. He works in Fulton so it must be filed there as well as DeKalb.
