I’m posting this because thanks to the morons at Neat support, the asshole who bought the scanner from us on eBay was told it was defective (IT IS NOT), so he forced us to refund him for the scanner purchase, then he kept the software. Basically rendering the scanner unsellable. THANKS NEAT CO. THANKS EBAY ASSHOLE. So, my $179 system is now worth nothing and that fucking guy is using the Neat software with his scanner for FREE. NICE.
I hope this serial works for many, many people. Neat Co. and their asshole employees can suck it.
