I’m recovering from the cold I’ve been battling for about 5 days. Since it’s a virus, I know it’s about to run its course, but it’s still annoying. I’ve not had a cold in so long that I can’t recall the last time. I had absolutely nothing in the house for it, either, so I had to stock up. Hell, at least it was just an annoying cold and not the flu.
Today is about doing some more cleaning up around here and putting things away. I let Dickens out and he gave the yard a quick scout then demanded to come back in. Heh, I guess this housecat stuff has its bennies after all, like HEAT! Bernie is still out there skulking about. Last I saw, she was under the house. I didn’t want them under there, but someone left the door open last night so in she went. Oh, well, she’ll come in when she’s damned good and ready and not one second before. Such is the way of the Bernadette.
Well, off to clean and organize!
